Social Strategy & Community Management

My role as a Senior Brand Strategist and Content Manager has allowed me to guide social content for over 12+ brands based on current trends, data analysis, social listening. In addition, I've been able to nurture community growth via community management. 

The result? Small and unengaged corporate accounts becoming active and brand-loyal organic communities. 

MY ROLE

  • Staying active in the community as a community manager, commenting back to consumers, answering questions and building relationships. 

  • Guiding creative team by providing insights and optimizations of content.

  • Consistent reporting to client about success of posts. 

  • Constant social listening for brand and category, providing team information on trending topics of interest to brand community. 

  • Creating and optimizing a hashtag and trending audio strategy to ensure more reach of content.

  • Aiding in content creation direction during shoots and during brainstorming process.  ​​
